need some advice if possible please

hey everyone i got a demo of some one being a medic and using pliers  i think it might be some kind of lua scripts does any one know or can give some advice please as need the right way to deal with a person like this

g_pickAnyWeapon
set to "0"
Will block the use of the command: /team r and /team b
Example: /team r 4 3 (axis Covert Ops + thomson)

Yes. I don't remember what the command is. I guess /team r 1 20
If you set to command  g_pickAnyWeapon "0". You will block this option.
You will then be able to add pliers with the command: !give [id] [items] [ammo]
