If you want only covertOps to spot mines, don't use g_misc flag 8
g_teamChangeDelay 1900 = 1900 milliseconds before changing team
We have no control over master server stuff, this is engine side, you don't need to use all these master server, etmaster.idsoftware.com is enough.

but the problem is that the bot does not come with g_teamChangeDelay 1900!
I'm being the N!TMOD PR2 is not working and the level Incognito! ...
(g_misc flag 8), yet it continues all the soldiers defuse mines..???

If you talk about "defusing" mines, only engineers can do this.
If you talk about "spotting" mines (i.e Using binocs and looking at mines until a flag appears on them), only covertops can do that by default, BUT, if you use g_misc flag 8 EVERY class will be able to do this.
If you are talking about "triggering" mines (i.e activating landmines when walking on them), everybody does by default, BUT, there are some options in g_friendlyFire to control that.
g_teamChangeDelay should not cause problem with bots, or maybe it's a bug i overlooked...
"incognito" flag should work, at least it used to work last time i tested it.
